This license authorizes the licensee to use the VIS Database for personal or
educational purposes. Distribution of the database, or of the data it contains,
in any form (including academic research papers) is prohibited except for use
by the faculty and students of one educational institution (or one location of
the institution, if the institution has more than one location).
